BSA Building Surveyors have been engaged as Relevant Building Surveyors for several projects across the University Hospital over the years site as part of the hospitals major redevelopment. The final stage being Project 7 involving the installation of a helipad atop a recently completed 7 level hospital tower.

Given the unique nature of helipads, several performance solutions needed consideration with justification assisted by the bespoke fire drenching and fuel drainage systems incorporated in the imported platform.
