BSA Building Surveyors were engaged as the Relevant Building Surveyors for the project providing a statutory function responsible for the issue of building permits, mandatory inspections and issue of occupancy permit.
The project typically involved consideration of a number of performance solutions around fire and life safety and also required assessment against the DHHS Capital Development Guidelines.
Successful completion of the project has meant valuable medical services being made available to the northern suburbs of Geelong and something which our firm was provide to have played a small part in making this happen.
