Significant key redevelopment of industrial precinct

The Federal Mills Mackey Street redevelopment represented an important regeneration project for North Geelong involving the transformation of a rundown industrial precinct comprising of several disused buildings that were part of the original Federal Textile Mills and Pilkington Glass Manufacturing plants.
